I often hear people say the world is out of balance. I say it is not the world, the world still spinning, it is the people in the world that are out of balance.

Our political and communication system is out of balance. The so-called media has become nothing more than a marketing arm of the ideology that it supports. There is no more media.Everyone has taken a position and stance on a subject and the information they provide us is reflected by their thoughts.

Recently the Anthony Wiener situation brought to light the divide amongst the American people in such a fashion that we are way out of balance. Anthony Wiener accused Andrew Breitbart of of hacking into his e-mails and making up this story. Even the Daily Kos, a liberal left-wing blog suppose attacked Andrew Breitbart and also published the names of underage girls who may have been involved in this scandal.

The Daily Kos, the Huffington Post, and most major media sources are heavily slanted to the left. There is no doubt about that. Fox news is heavily slanted to the right there is no doubt about that, however, we the American people are disjointed because our news is out of balance.

I am offended when I hear people say the mainstream media. The information we get from those sources that are considered mainstream media is false and slanted and has an ideology formed from the mind of the person reporting it. Mainstream to me means the majority. The majority of Americans are conservative. Therefore the so-called mainstream media is no longer mainstream. We need to stop using the word mainstream. We are out of balance by using that mainstream media slant.

 Recently John Stewart, a failed comedian who is now a celebrated political pundit, was on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace. He commented that Fox News is slanted but the  liberal media is not. That shows you his ideology. I think a bigger issue though, needs to be why do we care what John Stewart,a failed comedian has to say.

I for one do not care what people in Hollywood, failed comedians, ex politicians ,ex marketing gurus ,ex strategist s and so-called experts have to say. We are so out of balance that we rely upon their points of view.

In America we are supposed to be free. If we are free,then we need to make our own decisions. We need to stop relying on the so-called media and the so-called political experts.
